Where is my brooch?

Every order ships with a tracking link by email and WhatsApp the moment it leaves the studio. Can't find it? Here's how to retrieve it.

Find your tracking link

Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for "Your House of Saya order has shipped." It contains a direct link to Bluedart, DTDC, or DHL — whichever carrier your order moved with.

Also check WhatsApp on the number you placed the order with — we send a duplicate of the tracking link there.

Can't find it?

Email hello@officialsaya.com with your order number (six digits, in your confirmation email) and we'll re-send the tracking link within an hour during studio hours (Mon–Sat, 11am–7pm IST).

For urgent enquiries outside of those hours, WhatsApp us at the number in your order confirmation.

Order still showing 'processing' after 48 hours?

This is rare but possible during launches or holiday weeks. Write to us — if there's a delay we'll always tell you the reason and an honest revised dispatch date.
