Who we are
House of Saya is a brand operated from Hyderabad, India, by the legal entity Studio Saya Private Limited. Studio Saya is the seller of record for every order placed on this site.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we email you the order confirmation. If a piece is mispriced or out of stock when you order, we'll cancel and fully refund within 48 hours — no obligation either way.
Prices are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of all India taxes (GST). International prices show the same INR figure; your card's bank handles the conversion.

Intellectual property
All product designs, photography, and copy on this site are the intellectual property of Studio Saya Private Limited. You may share images on personal social media with a link back to this site; commercial reuse or reproduction is not permitted without written permission.
Limitation
Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not permit us to do so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
