Within India
Free shipping on every order, no minimum. Delivered by Bluedart or DTDC Express, insured for the full purchase value.
Metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2–3 working days.
Tier-2 cities: 3–5 working days.
Tier-3 and remote pin codes: 5–7 working days.
Saturday delivery in metros where the courier supports it; no Sunday delivery.
International
We ship worldwide via DHL Express, fully insured. Customs and duties are calculated at checkout and prepaid where possible — you will not be asked for additional payment on delivery.
USA, UK, EU, UAE, Singapore: 5–7 working days.
Australia, Canada, rest of Asia: 7–10 working days.
International shipping is charged at cost, displayed at checkout, and ranges from ₹2,800 to ₹4,500 depending on destination.
Packaging
Every piece is wrapped in a muslin pouch with the maker's name on a small card, placed inside a printed dust card sleeve, then into the outer shipping carton.
The packaging is gift-ready as it ships — no separate gift wrap charge. If you're sending the order directly as a gift, add a note at checkout and we'll omit the invoice.
Tracking
