Fifteen days, no questions.

If a House of Saya piece isn't right when you see it in person, return or exchange it within fifteen days of delivery — unworn, in its original packaging, with the muslin pouch and dust card.

How to return

Email hello@officialsaya.com with your order number and the reason — a sentence is enough. We'll arrange a reverse pickup within 48 hours for India orders.

Package the brooch in its original muslin pouch and dust card, in any protective outer carton. The courier comes to you.

Once we receive and inspect (typically 2–3 working days from pickup), the refund hits your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges

Same process as a return. Tell us in the email which piece you'd like in exchange — we'll send it the same day we receive yours back. No restocking fee for exchanges; we cover the second-leg shipping.

International returns

International returns are accepted within fifteen days but the return shipping is at your cost (typically ₹2,800–4,500). We refund the product cost in full, including any original shipping you paid. Customs duties on the original order are not refundable — they were paid to your country's customs authority, not to us.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the parcel (outer carton + the piece) and email hello@officialsaya.com within 48 hours. We replace damaged-in-transit pieces at no cost.

Not eligible

Bespoke commissions and engraved pieces are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged in transit or there's a manufacturing defect — these are made to your specification.

Pieces returned outside the fifteen-day window, or returned worn / with damage to the original muslin pouch and dust card, may be refused or accepted at a 30% restocking fee. We'll always tell you before charging.
